For an oil and gas client we were asked to consider what would happen if a worker presented with symptoms of an unknown disease at one of their workplaces in Africa and the Far East, what processes could occur to keep both the sick employee and their colleagues safe. We worked with the company to provide multiple protocols, covering a range of infectious diseases and situations.
We worked closely with Human Resource departments, reviewing existing HR protocols on medically related subjects and those related to infectious disease, occupational medicine, and organisational psychology – our core strengths.
